What the purchase includes
A single-file DoneSheet desktop application with built-in help, an illustrative example and application licence, delivered as a ZIP download. The proposed price is £49, paid once. The hosted checkout shows the full amount, including applicable taxes, before payment. There is no physical delivery or recurring subscription.
Your licence
One business may use the purchased application version on up to three devices and create customer reports within the stated limits. You may share finished reports with your customers and collaborators. You may not redistribute or resell the application.
The purchase does not include cloud storage, automatic backups, a continuing hosted service, lifetime updates or future products. Your report statements, dates and photo labels are supplied by you and receive no independent inspection or verification.
Compatibility and limits
Try the labelled demo on the computer and browser you plan to use before buying. The application is designed for desktop use. It supports JPEG, PNG and WebP photos, up to 12 MB each. HEIC files need converting. A report contains up to six areas, 12 job photos and 20 completed-work items of up to 100 characters each.
PDF creation downloads an A4 PDF directly on your device. Drafts must be saved deliberately. The application does not provide automatic recovery of unsaved work.
Delivery
Successful orders receive a download page and an email link from the payment provider. Extract the ZIP and open DoneSheet.html. Keep your receipt and download email. Contact support if the download cannot be accessed.
Cancellation and refunds
Before an instant download starts, the checkout must ask you to consent to immediate supply and acknowledge any loss of the statutory cancellation right. That information must be included in your order confirmation. Your rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose remain unaffected.
Proposed additional promise: contact support within 14 days of purchase if the application does not work for your needs, and request a refund with your order reference. A refund ends the application licence; delete your application copies. This voluntary promise is additional to applicable statutory rights.
Support and customer information
For help or a refund request, use the support contact below and include the order reference. Never send card details. Share only the report information needed to explain the problem.
The builder processes report notes and photos in your browser. Exported drafts and reports are your responsibility to store and share securely. Checkout payment and order information is handled by the selected payment provider under its published privacy policy.
