Your job details stay with you.
This notice describes the current demo and planned offline download. Sales have not opened. Seller contact details and the final checkout privacy information will be published before purchases open.
Notes, photos and business details
The report builder processes the information you enter on your device, in your browser. Its code does not upload your job notes, customer details, logo or photos to DoneSheet or a payment provider.
Choose only the information and photos you need for the report. Check that you have permission to include them and to share the finished report with its recipient.
Saving and sharing your work
Your work stays in the current browser session until you export it. There is no DoneSheet cloud storage or automatic backup. Closing or refreshing the application can lose unsaved work.
A saved draft contains your report information and copies of the selected images. A PDF or downloaded report can contain customer names, addresses and photos. Store these files securely and share them through a suitable email or messaging service. Copies you send are subject to that service’s handling of files.
Using the website
The website host processes technical connection and access information to serve and protect the site. This is separate from the job information you enter in the builder.
No advertising or analytics tags are installed in this version of the site. This notice will be updated if the website’s data handling changes.
Payments and support
Purchases are not available yet, and the demo does not collect payment details. When purchases open, the hosted checkout will explain which provider handles your payment, order email and download link.
If you contact support, share only the information needed to explain the problem. Never send card details, and remove unnecessary customer information from screenshots or example reports.
