I can’t find the application.
Unzip the download and open DoneSheet.html in Chrome. It is the only file in the download. The application, help and example report are all built in.
My phone photos won’t open.
Use JPEG, PNG or WebP files up to 12 MB each. HEIC photos need converting to JPEG first. Keep your original photos separately; the application makes resized copies for the report.
How do I create a PDF?
Enter the job title and business name, then choose Save PDF. The A4 PDF downloads directly. Find it in Chrome Downloads, or use the Download PDF link shown in the application. Your report stays in place. Open and check the saved PDF before sending it.
My draft has disappeared.
Notes and photos stay in the browser session until you download them. Closing or refreshing can lose unsaved work. Choose Save draft while you work. To resume a downloaded draft, choose File → Open a saved draft and select your .donesheet.json file.
I’ve reached the photo or notes limit.
Each report has up to six areas, 12 job photos and 20 completed-work items of 100 characters each. Summary notes allow 1,200 characters, follow-up notes 800 and each area note 600. Make separate reports for larger jobs.
How do I get the download again?
Once purchases open, the payment provider will email your download page after a successful order. Keep that email. If the link is missing or not working, contact support with your order reference and the email used at checkout.
A support contact will be published before purchases open. No customer payments are being accepted yet.
Include your order reference, computer and browser version, what you were trying to do and any error message. Don’t send your card details or unnecessary customer photos.
