Before you try it

A few practical details.

Start with one job and check the finished PDF on your own computer.

Can I use it on my phone?

DoneSheet is designed for desktop use, with your job photos on your computer. The demo layout adapts to smaller screens, but opening the offline application on phones varies by device.

Does it send the report to my customer?

You download the finished report and send it through your usual email or messaging app. Choose “Save PDF” to download an A4 report directly. Your notes and photos stay in place.

Which photos can I use?

Add up to six areas, with a before and after photo for each. Use JPEG, PNG or WebP files, up to 12 MB each. Convert HEIC photos to JPEG first. DoneSheet resizes images for the report; keep your original files separately.

Will my work be saved automatically?

Choose Save draft before closing or refreshing the page. You’ll download an editable file with your notes and photo copies. Open it from the File menu when you want to continue. There is no automatic cloud backup.

Can I buy it now?

The product is in pre-release testing and sales have not opened. You can try the workflow without paying. Browser layout, photo processing and PDF printing still need device verification before commercial release.
